NYT's Felicia Pearson "snoop" profile and interview
With her braids, oversize clothes and baseball cap turned to the side, the small, youthful Snoop looks like a teenage boy. With her partner, Chris Partlow, she is the muscle for the drug kingpin Marlo Stanfield. She is a cool, calm female killer who creatively makes enemies disappear with the use of a nail-gun, hiding the bodies in Baltimore’s vacant and condemned row houses on HBO’s much-praised series “The Wire.”
The actress Felicia Pearson, who plays Snoop, has emerged as one of the show’s most compelling characters; Stephen King, in Entertainment Weekly, called her “perhaps the most terrifying female villain to ever appear in a television series.”

Thats' my girl!!! First time I saw her I was like, "where the hell did they find her" I was thinking to myself they must have found her on the cut because no actor is that good but no one from the street is that good either! Needless to say her presence is brilliant and I have to agree with King, she is damn scary. I wish nothing but good things for her in the future.

The show went from an "A" to an "A+" when Snoop came on the scene. There is something about that girl, that is scary, but yet I am drawn to her. She is one of the best female characters that hit TV, and she posses a quality that most females actors don't have.
She is mad real! Producers and directors will be fools not to cast her in future gigs. I hope to see more of her in the near future!
I have been watching The Wire off and on sonce it first aired. But I have to be honest here, I really started faithfully watching ever since Felicia Pearson has been in the show. Not only do I think she is a very attracted female but the character she plays is amazing.I'm not saying I'm in to killing people or anything but she plays the s#!t out of that part. I just wanted to let her know that she does and amazing job on the show. I was reading and article on Ms. Pearson and I have to say that I am sorry for the hard times she faced in life and proud that she over came it and took a bad experiance and turned it in to something positive. She talked alot about GOD and that shows you how pure her heart is. You guys did and execllent choose in picking Felicia for that part. You gave her a second chance at life that alot of us dont get. I just have one thing to say to you Felicia and thats keep doing what you doing baby girl it can only get better from her. As long as you keep GOD first your always gonna come out on top.

I have been watching the Wire Ever since the first time I saw Felicia Pearson on it. Not only is she a sexy and attracted female but the character she plays on the Wire is amazing. If I ever had the opportunity to me her it would be great. She was interveiwed by a young lady that asked her if she thinks she is blessed to be apart of the T.V series and she stated yes but she didnt think it was a mircale. I just wanted to tell her that anything that is provided by GOD is a miricale and GOD blessed her with a wonderful gift. I say that because from the way she spoke you can tell that she defintly believes in GOD and thats a beautiful thing.Use it baby girl to the best of your ability. Congratulations and I wish you lots of success.

Felicia Pearson is the deal...She is so real I noticed it from the moment she graced the screne with her presence. I read an interview with her and she stated that she couldn't deal with fake friends and I see why, she is too REAL for fakeness. This sexy young woman is a force that you have no chose but to recognize. God gave you a gift girl and you better use it!! Get at your girl if you come to Indianapolis.

I live in Baltimore and I must say that "Snoop" is Baltimore. I think that's why so many of the viewers cling on to her character so much. she just feels like home. She is raw, gritty and real. I met her in East Baltimore recently at the funeral of a young 22 yr.old who was gunned down one night about a week ago. she came in to pay her respects and was simply "Snoop. she was nice, easy going. not fake but genuine. I just started watching the wire consistantly when Felicia came on the show. I think her story is common but absolutely real. keep doing you girl. you are making baltimore so proud. I don't know you but I feel like I am counting on you for the youth out here. you are so inspiring. I just love you, just for your struggle and your survival. DT
